When do we deliver the packing materials?Materials can be delivered in advance for clients who wish to pack themselves. This will ensure that the packing is done and ready prior to the team arriving on site

Do we offer same day moving service?Yes, we do. Our move coordinator can assist with details and to offer an affordable and competitive rate.

Here are questions we may ask?Where are you moving to? What is the access (for parking & getting furniture in)? Do you have a date to move? Are the new owners moving in on the same day? what time do they require access at? Anticipating Time of access to the new property? Availability of a packing service at the property Are there any specific items you have concerns about i.e. glass tables, oversize objects, American fridge Cooker etc?

What packages are available?We can offer several services: 1. Full pack A – where our crew will pack all items in the house, using our packing materials and if required place items into the new property as requested. 2. Part pack B - where they will pack only fragile and delicate items, you then pack most of the other items yourself. The crew will proceed to move the boxes along with your furniture.

What is the cancellation period?A minimum of 2 to 5 working days’ notice. is required to cancel your logistic relocation project, (depending on the scale of the move) this will incur a small cancellation fee.

Do you have different terms and conditions for the different removal services you offer?The same set of terms and conditions apply for all the jobs we do, regardless of your requirements. It is discriminatory to offer a different set of T&Cs against our Code of Practice.

Will you place our furniture at our new home?Our removal crew will position your furniture as directed by you. Insurance will not cover employees to work in lofts or roof-spaces which do not have permanent staircases, lighting, and flooring. Any floor more than one flight up and without an adequate space in the lift to move the furniture must be pre informed in advance, otherwise quote would not be valid. Dismantling and assembling of any household goods must to be agreed in advance.

When do I book my removal?It is advisable to book your removal as early as possible to avoid Friday or end of the month. Ideally a month or two prior to your relocation date would be a good time to request a quote and get a general idea of what is about to happen.

How does an on-site survey work?Our experienced surveyors would access your move project and estimate all required resources and draw a moving plan for the customer. Whether to dismantle and reassemble furniture to be relocated. This will enable the crew to estimate and determine boxes and packing materials that would be required. The surveyors will advise the customer and involve in the risk assessment for the job.
